Respect! But Indian 'Bhutta' is any day better than this! This is no way the best one and this does not beat any corn preparation of India.

@doucefrance28 the difference is that in Mexico city they don't use sweet corn they use field corn which is white and starchier.. is boiled with epazote.. so white corn would be more appropriate.. in USA they use the yellow sweet corn beca
