MIXED VEGGI SOUP

Ingredients used in MIXED VEGGI SOUP
• Tomatoes - 6 numbers.
• Bell pepper - 1 number.
• Lime juice - 1/4 cup.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Cucumber - 1 number.
• Pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Bread - 6 slice.
Method:
  • Clean tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
  • Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds of bell pepper and cut into small pieces.
  • In the mixy jar add grated cabbage and onions, to it add tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber,salt, pepper powder and blend it using water.
  • Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • On the tawa roast bread slices using ghee or oil, by removing the corners.
  • Remove the soup from refrigerator and add ice cubes to it.
  • Also add bread pieces to it.
  • Serve them cool cool in hot summer.
