- Take maida flour in abowl, add salt, suji, ghee and mix itto a soft dough by adding water.
- Now take a pan add ghee, cashew nuts powder, almonds powder, semolina, fry them, add fennel powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder andsaute well.
- Now add sugar, saffron color, water, cook well till the consistency turns thick, turn off the flame, cool it and shape the mixture into small balls.
- Now take small portions of dough and roll them into small puris, stuff them with prepared sweet semolina balls, sealthem and shallow fry on both sides.
