- Take a bowl and add rice flour, roasted chana dal powder, moong dal, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, butter and mix it.
- Add water and mix it to make dough.
- Take small dumpling and using hand make round balls and press it in the centre with thumb finger.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry above prepared balls and transfer into paper towel.
Now moong dal rice crisps are ready to serve.
