Ingredients used in MOONG DAL RICE CRISPS
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Roasted chana dal powder - 1/2 cup.
• Moong dal(soaked for 30 mins) - 2 tablespoons.
• Sesame seeds(soaked) - 1 tablespoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter - 1 cube.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add rice flour, roasted chana dal powder, moong dal, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, butter and mix it.
  • Add water and mix it to make dough.
  • Take small dumpling and using hand make round balls and press it in the centre with thumb finger.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry above prepared balls and transfer into paper towel.

Now moong dal rice crisps are ready to serve.
