Ingredients used in MUSHROOM BURGER
• Butter - (3-4) cube.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1 number.
• Milk - 1 tea spoon.
• Mushrooms(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Soya granules - 1/2 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1 pinch.
• Horse gram(optional) - 1/2 cup.
• Burger bread - 1 numbers.
• Tomato slices - 1/4 cup.
• Cucumber slices - 1/4 cup.
• Jalapenos(chopped) - 5-6 pieces.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, all-purpose flour and saute it. Then add onion to it and slight cook it. To it, add milk, mushrooms, boiled soya granules, salt, pepper powder, mixed herbs, soaked horse gram and saute it to cook for 2 minutes. Transfer into a plate and make 2 patties once it is cooled down. Cut burger bread into 2 halves and slightly heat in thesame pan with little butter, grill the burger slices and transfer to a plate. Place burger bread and arrange pattie, tomato slices, cucumber slices, jalapenos, onion slices, tomato ketchup. Cover it with another burger slice. *Now mushroom burger is ready to serve.*
