Ingredients used in Pachi pulusu
• Lemonsize tamarind - 1 to taste.
• Water - 2-3 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions - 1 large.
• Green mirchi - 3 numbers.
• Sugar - 5 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Squeeze the tamarind pulp by adding more water.
  • Now cut the onion into fine pieces.
  • Also, cut the mirch into small pieces.
  • After add these pieces to that pulp.
  • Later add salt and more sugar to that and mix well.
  • Finally, add seasoning to that. You can take this with kandi pachadi.

Add pinch of dry roasted sesame (Til or Nuvullu) powder. Season with mustard, red chilies. Garnish with kotmir.
