Palak Moong Dal Fry

Ingredients used in Palak Moong Dal Fry
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - 6 number.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Onion - number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chili, sliced - 4 number.
• Split moong dal - 1/2 cup.
• Spinach - 3 bunch.
• Urad dal - 1 tablespoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
Method:
  • Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and add the urad dal, garlic, green chillies, onion and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  • Add moong dal and sauté on a medium flame.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, curry leaves, chopped spinach and cook it till oozes out of the gravy.

Serve it with hot
