Ingredients used in PALAKURA VEPUDU
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - half tea spoon.
• Chana dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Chooped onion - half no.
• Green chillies - 2 no.
• Red chillies - 1 no.
• Oil - as required.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Turmeric - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chillie powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add red chillies, urad dal, chana dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds.When mustard starts poping up add chopped onions, green chillies,turmeric,and salt. When onions turn golden brown, add chopped spinach.Mix well. put the lid. Keep stirring periodically. Add red chili powder. Remove from the flame once spinach becomes soft. Goes well with hot steamed rice,
