Ingredients used in PANEER KURMA
• Paneer - 200 grams.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 4 number.
• Onions (chopped) - 2 number.
• Green chillies (chopped) - 4 number.
• Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Fresh cream - 5 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Poppy seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Raisins - 2 teaspoons.
• Cashew nuts (chopped) - 50 grams.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Garam masala - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coconut - 1 piece.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
Grind poppy seeds, coconut piece, cashew nuts into fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions then saute till it becomes red color. Now add ginger garlic paste to it and saute for 5 minutes. Then add above prepared coconut paste, chopped tomatoes, green chillies and again saute it by adding some water on a very slow flame Heat ghee in another pan, add paneer pieces and saute it. To it, even add fresh cream and cook for another 2 minutes. Now add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and saute till it becomes thick gravy. At last, garnish with raisins, fried cashew nuts and coriander leaves. Serve it with hot rice.
