Ingredients used in PEAS RICE
• Onion - 1 no.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chillies - 5 no.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Boiled rice - 2 cup.
• Peas - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - half cup.
• Cashewnuts - 6-8 no.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea.
Method:
  • Cook rice and keep aside. Take a pan heat ghee. Add jeera, onion, cashewnutsand chillies to it. Fry for half minute.
  • Then add peas. Sprinkle water and close the lid of the pan. Allow to cook. After the peas are cooked add coriander leaves. Add salt to taste.
  • Now add rice to it and mix well. Remove it from the flame and garnish with coriender leaves.
