Ingredients used in PEAS RICE
• Onion - 1 no.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chillies - 5 no.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Boiled rice - 2 cup.
• Peas - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves - half cup.
• Cashewnuts - 6-8 no.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea.
Method:
Cook rice and keep aside. Take a pan heat ghee. Add jeera, onion, cashewnutsand chillies to it. Fry for half minute. Then add peas. Sprinkle water and close the lid of the pan. Allow to cook. After the peas are cooked add coriander leaves. Add salt to taste. Now add rice to it and mix well. Remove it from the flame and garnish with coriender leaves.
