Ingredients used in PITA BREAD
• Yeast - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add little water, yeast, salt, sugar, oil and mix it.
  • Add all purpose flour and mix it keep aside for 1 hour.
  • Divide dough into equal portions and roll pita bread.
  • Place pita bread it on hot tawa and cook it until it puff up.
  • Place few pita bread on baking tray and bake it at 220-250 degree until it is done.
  • Rest it for 2 minutes and cut into two half so that center portions open for any stuffing mixture.

Now pita bread is ready to serve.
