POMEGRANATE CHUTNEY

Ingredients used in POMEGRANATE CHUTNEY
• Pomegranate - 1 cup.
• Garlic - 4 clove.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
Method:
  • Dry roast cumin seeds in a pan.
  • Crush garlic, roasted cumin with pestle and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl, add pomegranate, crushed cumin and garlic mixture, salt, red chili powder and mix nicely.

For tempering:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and saute it, later add to pomegranate mixture and mix it.

Now Pomegranate Chutney is ready to serve.
