- Dry roast cumin seeds in a pan.
- Crush garlic, roasted cumin with pestle and keep aside.
- Take a bowl, add pomegranate, crushed cumin and garlic mixture, salt, red chili powder and mix nicely.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and saute it, later add to pomegranate mixture and mix it.
Now Pomegranate Chutney is ready to serve.
