Ingredients used in POMEGRANATE SEEDS SWEET
• Pomegranate seeds - 100 grams.
• Ghee - 50 grams.
• Maida - 50 grams.
• Sugar - 100 grams.
• Saffron - pinch.
• Cashew nuts - 10 numbers.
Method:
  • Make thick juice of Pomegranate seeds and remove seeds from it.
  • Heat a pan add some water and sugar to it till it comes to string consistency.
  • Fry cashew nuts in ghee.
  • Then add maida flour and pomegranate juice, mix it thoroughly without forming lumps by adding ghee.When it becomes thick, transfer into a plate which is spread evenly with ghee.
  • Add cashew nuts and Garnish with saffron. Your tastiest Halwa is now ready to eat.
