Ingredients used in Prawns Pepper Fry
• Egg (less than half an egg) - 1 number.
• Pepper (crush) - 1 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Corn starch - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garam masala powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Prawns/shrimp - 250 grams.
• Oil - to fry.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Green chilies (slit) - 3 numbers.
Method:
  • In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, rice flour, cornstarch, lime juice, crush pepper and add less than half an egg, mix it well.
  • Add prawns, coat the mixture well and deep fry them and also coat the rest of the mixture to curry leaves and slit green chilies and deep fry them.

Serve this hot.
