Ingredients used in Lemon Pickle
• Lemons - 10 number.
• Vinegar - 1/2 cup.
• Chilly powder - 3 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Asafoetida - pinch.
• Curry leaves - as required.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Cut lemons, add salt and vinegar to it and leave it for 2-3 days in sunlight.
  • Roast fenugreek, mustard seeds in a dry pan and powder them.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the lemons, ground powder, asafoetida, chilly powder, curry leaves and stir well for 10-15 minutes. Store in a dry container.
