Ingredients used in Barbecue Fish
• Fillet of fish - 1 kg.
• Lemon - 1 number.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Fennel seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Black peppers - to taste.
• Green fennel leaves - to taste.
• Olive oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Aluminum paper - as required.
Method:
  • Wash and then clean the fillet of fish with a dry cloth. Rub olive oil on the fish with a brush or with your hand. Rub it well on both sides of the fish and put fish on alumunium foil.
  • Layer on top with onion, two lemon slices. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and fennel seeds.
  • Wrap the foil around the fish, put it on a hot barbeque grill and cook on high until both sides are cooked well.
