Ingredients used in Buko chicken soup
• Shredded buko - 2 cup.
• Chicken pieces - 500 grams.
• Maggi chicken broth cube dissplved - 1 cup.
• Onion (chopped) - half cup.
• Celery (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Carnation evap - 200 ml.
• Butter - 2 tablespoons.
• Pepper powder - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 4 cups.
Method:
  • Saute onions, celery, and chicken in butter. Stir in broth. Simmer for 10 minutes and add the rest of the ingredients. Season to taste.
  • Simmer for 5 mins.

Serve hot.
