Ingredients used in DAL PARATHA
• Tur dal (boiled) - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Garlic (chopped) - 3 clove.
• Green chilli(chopped) - 3 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - ½ tea spoon.
• Coriander - ½ bunch.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, finely chopped garlic, green chili, boiled toor dal, salt, cook this until dal mixture is dry. Transfer this Transfer this to a plate and add chopped coriander and let it cool. Divide the dough into roundels and roll each round a little flat and place some filling in the centre, close from all the sides. And roll as thin as possible. Heat tava and fry the paratha using oil on both sides. *Serve this with any pickle.*
