Ingredients used in Fenugreek Leaves Mushroom Chicken Curry
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Mushroom - 4 numbers.
• Fenugreek leaves - 2 bunch.
• Oil - as required.
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato pure - 1 cup.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Nut meg - pinch.
Method:
In a blender add green chilies, mushroom, fenugreek leaves and make a paste and keep aside. Take a pan and add oil, chicken and saute it well. Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, tomato puree, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, nutmeg and cook it well. Now add ground paste and cook it well. Serve it hot with rice.
