FIELD BEANS KEBAB

Ingredients used in FIELD BEANS KEBAB
• Field beans(chopped) - 1 cup.
• Field beans seeds - 1/2 cup.
• Moong dal - 1/2 cup.
• Dry red chili flakes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Chickpea flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Cut the field beans and separate seeds and boil the seeds.
  • Boil moong dal until it is soft. Take a bowl and add field beans, dry red chili flakes, coriander leaves, mashed seeds, salt and mix nicely.
  • To it add boiled moong dal, chickpea flour and mix nicely.
  • Take small dumpling and give the shape of kebab using hand and shallow fry on both side with little oil in a pan.

Now field beans kebab is ready to serve.
