FRIED BOILED EGGS PAKORA

Ingredients used in FRIED BOILED EGGS PAKORA
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ajwain - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Egg (boiled) - 3 numbers.
• Chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chickpea flour (besan) - 100 grams.
• Cooking soda - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • In a bowl add chickpea flour, chili powder, ajwain, salt, ginger garlic paste, cooking soda, mix all of them together.
  • Then add oil, make a thick batter by adding a little water.
  • Now dip each egg in the batter and deep fry in an oil until golden brown on a medium flame.

this looks delicious. i have a question so i hope you see this! how done should the eggs be before you make this? will it continue to cook as you fry it or is there no risk of overcooking the egg?
