Ingredients used in HOT STRAWBERRY SOUFFLE
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Caster sugar powder - 1/2 cup.
• Butter - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Strawberry - 1/2 cup.
Method:
Beat egg whites in a bowl, add caster sugar powder and beat it again. Keep aside. Apply little butter and sprinkle little sugar powder inside to ramekins. Blend strawberry in the mixie jar to make paste. To egg mixture bowl, add strawberry paste and mix it. Transfer into ramekin and bake it for 200 degree centigrade for 15 minutes. *Now baked strawberry souffle is ready to serve.*
