LAMB ROAST WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients used in LAMB ROAST WITH VEGETABLES
• Lamb chops - 1 kg.
• Natural yogurt - 3 cups.
• Garam masala - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tandoori masala - 4 tablespoons.
• Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 2 cloves.
• Potaoes - 4 large.
• Carrots - 2 large.
• Onions - 2 large.
Method:
  • Wash lamb place yogurt in large bowl,add in salt garam masala tandoori masala and chilli powder and garlic mix well.
  • Put the washedlamb chops into yogurt and coat well. Peel potatoes and carrots and slice.
  • Slice onions into chunks and also add into the yogurt leave to marinade for a hour or overnight.
  • Place on a foil lined baking tray all the marinades lamb and veg and cover with foil.
  • Place in preheated oven at 200'c leave for a hour then drain water from tray and put back in the oven for a further 1 hour.
  • After the hour take off foil and open roast for 15-20minutes. Taa daa enjoy.
