Ingredients used in MASALA PEANUT
• Chickpea flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - tea spoon.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
• Groundnut - 1 cup.
• Chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
In a bowl, add chickpea flour, rice flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of oil then mix nicely using water (i.e., little by little). Add groundnut and coat it with this batter for each peanut evenly then deep fry in hot oil. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle chat masala and mix it. Now masala peanut is ready to serve with any mocktails.
