Ingredients used in Potato Rolls
• Water - as required.
• Butter - 2 0.
• Salt - to taste.
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Potato - 2 no.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Oil - as required.
• Garlic (chopped) - 10 no.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tablespoon.
• Chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Firstly Boil water in a pan add butter and salt. Now add all - purpose flour and mix well without forming lumps and rest it till it gets cool. Then knead the dough and keep aside. In a bowl add boiled potato red chili powder, coriander leaves and mix well. Now roll the mixed dough into long strips, on top apply the potato masala. Then roll back the dough as shown in the video, and cut into pieces, deep fry them in a hot oil and keep aside. In another pan heat oil, add chopped garlic, Chilli Sauce, tomato ketchup mix well and transfer into a bowl and serve with hot potato rolls.
