Ingredients used in RAW PAPAYA HALWA
• Ghee - 3 teaspoons.
• Raw papaya - 1 number.
• Milk - 1-1/2 cup.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Cashew nuts - 8-10 numbers.
• Raisins - 8-10 numbers.
• Desiccated coconut - 1 tablespoons.
• Almonds - 5 numbers.
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan, add grated raw papaya saute it, cook it for 5 minutes until it becomes soft. Add milk and cook it. Boil jaggery with little water in a pan until we get one string consistency, later add to papaya mixture and cook it. Heat ghee in another pan and add cashew nuts, raisins, desiccated coconut, almonds and saute it, transfer into papaya mixture and cook for 2 minutes, until it become thick. Now raw papaya halwa is ready to serve.
