Red Chilli Tomato Chutney

Ingredients used in Red Chilli Tomato Chutney
• Oil - (2-3) teaspoons.
• Fresh red chillies - 10 numbers.
• Tomatoes - (3-4) numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Urad dal - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Chana dal - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Soaked tamarind - 5 grams.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1 pinch.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add fresh red chillies, tomatoes, salt, urad dal, chana dal and saute it, later cook slightly.
  • Add soaked tamarind and saute it, switch off flame.
  • Transfer into mixie jar and allow it to cool. Later blend it coarsely.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and saute it.
  • Add coarse paste and mix nicely.

Now red chilli tomato chutney is ready to serve.
