Ingredients used in SMOKE CHICKEN
• Chicken pieces - 4 numbers.
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Onion chopped - 1 number.
• Garlic cloves - 2 numbers.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chili powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Chicken stock - 1 cup.
• Tomato paste - half cup.
• Crunch cheese spread - half cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Spring onions - half cup.
Method:
Heat oil in pan, add chicken pieces and saute it for 5 minutes and take it into a plate. In the same pan, add oil, chopped onions, garlic pieces and saute it. Now add red chili powder, chicken stock, tomato paste and chicken. Let it cook for 2 minutes with a lid on it. In the same pan, add salt, pepper, crunch cheese spread and spring onions then saute it till water evaporates. Now Juicy smoke chicken* is ready to serve.*
