TOMATO ONION DOSA

Ingredients used in TOMATO ONION DOSA
• Oil - as required.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Pepper - half tablespoon.
• Onion - 100 piece.
• Tomato - 250 grams.
• Black gram - 50 grams.
• Rice - 200 grams.
• Curry leaves - 1 bunch.
• Coriander - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • Grind together the rice and the black gram into a fine paste and keep it aside.
  • Heat a pan and add a tablespoon of oil into it. Fry onions and tomatoes in this. Add pepper powder or chilly powder, salt, asafoetida, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Add this mixture to the above paste and mix well. Using the dosa tava, make delicious dosas. Serve hot with Sambar or Chutney. Makes 10-12 Dosas.
