Quick Fatless Sponge Cake

Ingredients used in Quick Fatless Sponge Cake
• Vanilla essence - 2 drops.
• Egg - 3 numbers.
• Sugar - 85 grams.
• All purpose flour - 85 grams.
Method:
  • Take eggs pour into the kitchen machine and beat them, add sugar little by little, when eggs are beaten.
  • Add vanilla essence, add flour little by little and fold it nicely pour the cake mixture 70% in the tin.
  • Bake them at 180 c for 15 minutes, then let it cool down, sprinkle some icing sugar and cut them into pieces.

Your fatless sponge cake will be ready.

He said FAT-LESS not FAT FREE!!! For cake usually block of butter is used and here no butter is there!! As if these people dont eat omlettes or hardboiled eggs!! And in 3 eggs 4-5 people cake eat this cake so it is less fat than a single egg omlette!
