RAJMA RAS CHICKEN CURRY

Ingredients used in RAJMA RAS CHICKEN CURRY
• Oil - as required.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 4 springs.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Rajma water (rajma boiled in water) - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • Take a pan add oil, chopped onion, salt as per taste. Saute all these nicely till the colour changes.
  • To it, add curry leaves, turmeric powder and mix it.
  • Then add chicken pieces and cook it till chicken becomes slightly tender.
  • After some time of cooking, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder,garam masala, rajma water and cook it again till oil oozes out of gravy.
  • When it comes thick and in the last sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and give it a mix.

Ready to serve.
