Ingredients used in Raw Mango and Coconut Chutney
• Coconut ( freshly grated) - 1 cup.
• Raw mango ( grated) - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies ( chopped) - 3 number.
• Garlic - 4 clove.
• Urad dal - half teaspoons.
• Coriander seeds - half teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - half teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Red chillies - 2 number.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add red chillies, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, urad dal and saute it. Now, add garlic cloves, green chillies, curry leaves and mix well. Then add grated raw mango, salt and cook it for about 1 minute. At last, add freshly grated coconut to the same pan, switch off the flame and mix well. Later transfer the above prepared mixture in blender and grind to fine paste.
