Ingredients used in Raw Mango Bitter Gourd Guava Kherra Tangy Curry
• Oil - as required.
• Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili - 2 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 4 cloves.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Baby onion - 5 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Bitter melon, karela (chopped) - 1 number.
• Raw mango (chopped) - 1 number.
• Guava (chopped) - 1 number.
• Cucumber (chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• 5 types of lentils powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Jaggery - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, red chilies, cumin seeds, garlic, curry leaves, baby onion, turmeric powder and saute it.
  • Now add bitter melon, raw mango, guava, kheera, water and cook it for 5 t0 10minutes.
  • Add coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, Lentils powder, jaggery, salt and cook it for 15 minutes.

Serve it with hot rice.
