RAW PAPAYA SALAD

Ingredients used in RAW PAPAYA SALAD
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Papaya (grated) - 1 cup.
• Carrots (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Spring onions (grated) - 1-2 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoon.
• Peanuts - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Take a pan, add sugar, water and boil until it change to brown colour. Switch off flame once it is caramelized.
  • Take a bowl and add grated papaya, carrots, spring onions white portion, green chilies, ginger, red chili paste, coriander leaves, caramelized sugar syrup, lime juice, spring onions green part, dry roasted and crushed peanuts, salt and mix nicely.

Now raw papaya salad with caramel is ready to serve.
