- Heat oil in apan, add mutton pieces, fry for about 5 minutes, add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, toss it, add required amount of water and cook with closed lid till mutton pieces turn tender enough.
- Meanwhile, boil water in a vessel, season with salt, add caraway seeds, little oil, basmati rice and cookit.
- Take soaked dry red chilies, capsicum cubes in a blender, grind to a fine paste and transfer to the cooking pan with mutton pieces, add coriander powder, garam masala powder, mint leaves, curd, ghee, toss it and cook till oil oozes out of gravy.
- Transfer cooked rice into cooking pan on top of the gravy, cook it for 5 minutes with closed lid, toss it, turn off the flame and transfer to serving plate.
