Chilli paste is just a pinch is used,how that can give so much color,more of cannot be used ,it will be too teekha.

How long can I keep this paste in the refrigerator before it goes bad? Is there a good way of preserving it?
Since he didn't taste it, I think it's hot enough to be considered an ingredient and not a dish.
