Ingredients used in RED SORREL LEAVES CHUTNEY
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Garlic - 8-10 cloves.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red sorrel leaves - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
Method:
Heat pan, dry roast sesame seeds and transfer into a blender to make fine powder. In the same pan add oil, green chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, red sorrel leaves and saute it, later transfer into same blender. To it add salt and blend into a smooth paste. To it add onions and mix nicely. Now red sorrel leaves chutney is ready to serve with rice.
