RED VELVET CAKE

Ingredients used in RED VELVET CAKE
• Butter - 800 grams.
• Icing sugar - 400 grams.
• Maida flour - 300 grams.
• Baking powder - 5 grams.
• Eggs - 7 numbers.
• Caster sugar - 300 grams.
• Egg white - 100 grams.
Method:
  • In the bowl add butter and icing sugar, beat it till it becomes light and fluffy cream.
  • Then add the eggs one by one and beat it again.
  • When it mixes thoroughly then add maida and baking powder then again mix it well.
  • Then take the mixture in paper cups and fill it to its ¾ portion.
  • Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and place the cups in it and bake it for 15 minutes.
  • Take another bowl and mix all the ingredients used in topping.
  • Remove all the cakes after 15 minutes and let them cool then add topping mixture on top of it.
  • Garnish with chocolate pieces and red-velvet cake is ready to serve.
