- Crush ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds, salt with a pestle.
- Take a bowl, add rice flour, carom seeds, crushed paste, hot oil and mix nicely.
- Add water, mix nicely to a hard dough, take dumpling and place it ribbon mold press.
- Press it in hot oil and fry it until it is crispy transfer into a plate.
Now ribbon pakoda is ready to serve.
