POTATO SESAME BREAD STICKS

Ingredients used in POTATO SESAME BREAD STICKS
• Potatoes(boiled and mashed) - 1 cup.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Green chilies - 2 numbers.
• Coriander leaves - half cup.
• Dry mango powder - half tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Oats - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Corn starch - 2 tablespoons.
• All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Bread slices - 4 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take boiled and mashed potatoes in a bowl and add finely chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, dry mango powder, coriander powder, oats powder, salt and mix it nicely.
  • To make slurry take sesame seeds, corn starch, all purpose, salt, little water and mix it to make thick batter.
  • Take the bread slices and spread the potato mixture on it with a spoon and press it with hand.
  • Now cut the bread slice into long pieces with knife.
  • Coat this slurry to the bread pieces by dipping in it.
  • Pan fry these pieces now in oil.
  • Turn the other side also very carefully and cook them till they become golden brown.
  • Take them on tissue paper and serve hot with tomato sauce.
