Ingredients used in SAGGUBIYAM BONDA
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Allpurpose self rising flour - 1(1/2) cups.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Saggubiyam(medium size grains) - half cup.
• Curry leaves - 1 leaf.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Add saggubiyam to curd and leave it at room temperature for 3-4 hours.
  • Add saggubiyam and curd mixture to allpurpose flour.Add curry leaves,green chillies(cut in to small pieces),and salt.Mix it well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.Drop the mixture into the oil like small lemmon shaped balls.Fry them untill golden brown.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
