Ingredients used in SAKINALU
• Normal medium sized rice(lavu biyyam) - 500 grams.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Red chilli powder - 3 teaspoons.
• Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 0 to fry.
Method:

1. Soak rice before 3 hrs and dry them on cloth. 2. When they are dried, grind them and make a fine powder. 3. Then sieve them and add all the ingredients except oil and make a thick dough. 4. Take small amounts of dough in hand and make into 5 or 6 roundels in a plate. 5. Then deep fry them in oil and our tasty crispy snack is ready to taste.
