- Take a mixie jar, add green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, lime juice, salt and blend it.
- Boil water in a pan, add soaked sago and cook it.
- Add green chilli mixture and mix nicely, later switch off flame.
- Add puffed rice and mix nicely.
- Take small quantity and spread round shape vadiyalu like as shown in video.
- Allow it dry under direct sunlight.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the dried vadiyalu.
Now the Sago and Puffed Rice Vadiyalu is ready to serve.
