Ingredients used in BEETROOT AND PANEER SALAD
• Pea nuts - 1 cup.
• Kidney beans - 1 cup.
• Beetroot pieces - 1 number.
• Bell pepper - 1 number.
• Paneer pieces - 1 cup.
• Spring onions(chopped) green part - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 number.
• Chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Honey - 1 tea spoon.
• Dill leaves (chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
• Lettuce(chopped) - 1 cup.
Method:
In a bowl add soaked and boiled Peanuts, kidney beans and boiled beetroot pieces, chopped bell pepper, Paneer pieces, chopped spring onions, sprinkle some salt and add lemon juice, chat masala, crushed pepper powder, honey, chopped dill leaves and lettuce, then mix well. *Serve immediately.*
