Spinach Oats with Tomato

Ingredients used in Spinach Oats with Tomato
• Horlicks oats - 1 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spinach (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Olive oil - as required.
• Tomatoes - 2 number.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper (crushed) - 1 tea spoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil about three cups of water (for one cup of oats) in a pan by adding a pinch of salt.
  • Once it comes to boil,add chopped spinach, oats and cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Fry tomatoes (cut into 3 round thick slices) on both sides in hot olive oil.
  • Season the tomatoeswith a pinch of salt, chopped garlic, crushed pepper and, mixed herbs.
  • Now transfer the cooked oats & spinach meal to a serving bowl with these topping of fried tomatoes.

DeliciousSpinach Oats with Tomato is now ready to serve.
