Horlicks Oats Roti with Awesome Greens

Ingredients used in Horlicks Oats Roti with Awesome Greens
• Horlicks oats - 1 cup.
• Garlic cloves - 4 number.
• Coconut powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Munagaku / drumstick leaves - 1 cup.
• Dry red chillies (crushed) - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
• Coconut oil - as required.
Method:
  • Grind Horlicks oats and garlic cloves to a fine powder.
  • Now, transfer it to a bowl, add coconut powder, sesame seeds, drumstick leaves, crushed dry red chillies, salt and mix well.
  • Then by adding water in small quantities mix it like a chapati dough.
  • Divide the dough in to small portions and roll them to thick rotis.
  • At last, roast the rotis on both sides by applying coconut oil.

Tasty Munagaku Rotte is now ready to serve with any spicy curry.
