| • White pepper powder - 1/4 cup. | |
| • Celery (chopped ) - 1/4 cup. | |
| • Egg - 1 cup. | |
| • Salt - to taste. | |
| • Oil - to fry. | |
| • Shrimps (finely minced) - 2 cup. | |
| • Crab meat (minced, cooked) - 1 cup. | |
| • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon. |
Put 1/2 tablespoon of filling at the center of wrapper.
Press the edges of the wrapper, so the filling is enclosed and a small packet type is formed.
Serve hot with soy sauce
