Ingredients used in Shrimp Wonton
• Wonton wrapper packet - 1 number.
• Spring onion (finely chopped ) - 1/4 cup.
• White pepper powder - 1/4 cup.
• Celery (chopped ) - 1/4 cup.
• Egg - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Shrimps (finely minced) - 2 cup.
• Crab meat (minced, cooked) - 1 cup.
• Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon.

  • Make a mixture of shrimps, crab meat, egg, spring onion, pepper powder, celery, salt, soya sauce.
  • Put 1/2 tablespoon of filling at the center of wrapper.

  • Press the edges of the wrapper, so the filling is enclosed and a small packet type is formed.

  • Heat oil and deep fry the wontons till golden brown.

Serve hot with soy sauce
