- Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt, red chilI powder, carom seeds, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, oil and mix it.
- Add water and make soft dough, add little oil and knead again.
- Divide dough into small portions and roll into small thick koki.
- Cut it lightly with knife like as shown in video.
- Heat tawa with little ghee and Place koki and cook it on both sides.
Now sindhi koki is ready to serve with yogurt.
