Ingredients used in SINDHI KOKI
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Carom seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Onion(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt, red chilI powder, carom seeds, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, oil and mix it. Add water and make soft dough, add little oil and knead again. Divide dough into small portions and roll into small thick koki. Cut it lightly with knife like as shown in video. Heat tawa with little ghee and Place koki and cook it on both sides. Now sindhi koki is ready to serve with yogurt.
