SORAKAYA GUMMADI KAYA BAJJI

Ingredients used in SORAKAYA GUMMADI KAYA BAJJI
• Chana dal (soaked) - 1 cup.
• Red chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Green chillies - 3-4 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pumpkin (chopped) - ½ cup.
• Bottle gourd (chopped) - ½ cup.
• Coriander (chopped) - ½ bunch.
• Carrom seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Chick pea flour - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • In a blender add chana dal, red chilies, Green chilies, salt and make it like a fine paste. transfer into a bowl.
  • To that adding pumpkin, bottle gourd, coriander leaves, carom seeds, chick pea flour and by adding some water mix it like a bajji dough.
  • now make this mixture like small dumplings and deep fry in an oil, till they get a nice color, and serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney
