SOYBEANS OMELETTE

Ingredients used in SOYBEANS OMELETTE
• Rice (soaked overnight) - 3 cup.
• Soybeans(soaked overnight) - 1 cup.
• Onion(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Tomato(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Green chilly(pieces) - 2 numbers.
• Ginger(finely chopped) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Water - 3 cup.
Method:

1. Take the mixie jar and add soybeans, rice and water and blend it into smooth dosa batter. 2. In the batter add salt, onions, tomatoes, green chilly and ginger pieces and mix thoroughly. 3. On the hot pan spread the oil and put a ladleful of batter, cook it on slow flame on both sides. 4. Now serve the hot soya bean omelette by sprinkling garam masala.
